As self-driving cars become a reality, similar technology is being used to create the ultimate smart baby stroller.

Powered by an electric motor, the Smartbe “intelligent stroller” will spare parents the tiring chore of pushing the pram. Instead they will be able to go “hands free”.

It is being promoted by a start-up company in New York City where it could prove to be the ultimate Manhattan status symbol.

Thanks to built in motion-tracking sensors the stroller not only dodges obstacles but stays close to the parent at all times.

Should the user start walking backwards, the stroller goes into reverse. If a parent stops, so does the pram.

The motor means the stroller is far easier to push uphill. It can also be used to help cart heavy shopping.

Not only does the stroller drive itself, but it is packed with other technology for labour-saving parenting.

From a choice of canopies to a built-in baby rocker, the stroller does pretty much everything. It controls the temperature, warms bottles and even plays a lullaby.

The stroller, which is also fitted with an alarm if somebody tries to kidnap the occupant, does not come cheap.

When it is put on sale at some point next year, the top of the range model will cost S3,000 (£2,250).

A ban placed on YouTube Videos and channel by the Government of Pakistan has been lifted off after three years as disclosed by Government officials on Monday.

"On the recommendation of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the Government of Pakistan has allowed access to recently launched country version of YouTube for Internet users in Pakistan," an official statement said.

The ban was as a result of a blasphemous religious video titled"Innocence of Muslims" which was uploaded to YouTube and other websites September, 2012.

As Google now launched a country version of YouTube (YouTube.pk), the country version was confirmed free of the controversial video, Google has however provided necessary measures to make sure the Video does not in the future appear anymore on the country version @YouTube.pk

The rally which was staged at Gora Kalwaria, some 30 kilometres south of Warsaw, said they feared for women and children after the New Year’s Eve sex attacks in Germany.

Others complained that migrants would not be able to integrate, claiming that this was because of their ‘different traditions and mentality’.

Apple Makes Progress on Gender, Racial Diversity

Apple has made progress on boosting gender and racial diversity in its U.S. workforce, a regulatory document filed by the iPhone maker showed.

Several Silicon Valley companies have been criticized for the lack of diversity and have been facing increasing pressure to diversify their largely male, mostly white workforces.

Apple added 1,475 black employees in the thirteen months ended Aug. 1, 31 percent more than a year earlier, the filing showed on Tuesday.

The company added 24 percent more Hispanic workers and 29 percent more Asians, compared with numbers reported in a July 2014 filing.

Black employees formed 8.7 percent of the total U.S. workforce as of August, rising slightly from 8 percent in the previous period.

About 30 percent of Apples U.S. employees were females as of August, compared with 28.7 percent.

Of the 103 executive and senior management positions, 86 were held by white employees, 12 by Asians, 4 by black employees and 1 by a hispanic, the document filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission showed.

Overall, Apple had 72,494 U.S. employees as of August, up 21.1 percent from the previous period.

Twitter, in its most recent report on worker demographics, said 66 percent of its global workforce was male and 59 percent of U.S. employees were white.

The giant Tech company Microsoft has disclosed the launch of a new update for Android device users, the company says the new version of the app for Android will have added new two features that will enhance productivity for Android users.

 The new updates makes calling easier than ever as users can schedule calls in a Jiffy. Also, users can now easily open the Office documents – Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets – from the chat window.

“We know that many of you arrange calls over Skype, and we’ve now made it easier for you to add it to your calendar, so you don’t forget about them,” Microsoft stated in a blogpost.
It added, “If a friend sends you a Word document, tapping on the file will open it right up in Word for Android; no extra steps needed! If you don’t have Office apps for Android installed, tapping on the file will give you easy instructions on how to download and install them.”

The Updated version of the app is now officially available on  Google Play Store for Download.
